Our Leadership Team
Kelsey is a second-generation business owner, having started with MESA in 2013 alongside her dad. She graduated from the University of Tulsa (JD/MBA) and has held several positions within ONEMESA, including Manager of AOS (“all the other stuff”) and Director of Support Services. Kelsey is passionate about building a great place to work and taking care of our customers. You won’t find her on the golf course, but there’s a good chance you might catch her at the dog park.
Cory came to ONEMESA after starting his career in public accounting and auditing. He has transformed MESA’s accounting and finance processes to build a world-class team focused on accuracy and service. Throughout his tenure at MESA, Cory has demonstrated a commitment to ethical leadership and continuous improvement. Cory served as a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award examiner in 2019, has been certified as an ISO internal auditor, and continues to demonstrate innovation in all functions at MESA.
Director of HR
Since 2007, Jami has been responsible for developing and implementing human resource management strategies that align with ONEMESA's overall business strategy. She has over 20 years of Human Resources experience and has served as an examiner for both the Oklahoma Quality Foundation and Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. Jami is a member of TAHRA and SHRM. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Director of IT
Sarfraz leads the functional, transformational, and strategic initiatives overseeing IT and OT. He is zealous about creating an engaging user experience and a robust security culture, from architecture definition and technology selection to cybersecurity and system performance. Responsible for business-IT alignment and building strong vendor partnerships, he brings a unique skill set that champions efficiency and innovation. He joined MESA in 2010 and has managed multiple functions, including marketing and communications, throughout his career. He enjoys the sports of tennis and cricket, is a community volunteer, and is an advocate for diversity and inclusion.
Director of Marketing
Amanda has served in supporting roles across several operational teams since joining the ONEMESA team in 2014. In 2018, she became an AMPP certified CP1 – Cathodic Protection Tester. Amanda recently received a graduate certificate from Oklahoma State University in Digital Marketing Science and is passionate about leading the marketing team efforts towards a broader and more diverse digital presence. As an alumni of the Inclusive Leadership Institute, she continues to engage the Tulsa community on the needs of the underprivileged and underrepresented and prioritize Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work at ONEMESA. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with friends and family.
Oliver joined ONEMESA in 2017, a year after obtaining his CPA license with the State of Oklahoma. In 2019, he graduated from the MBA program at the University of Tulsa Collins College of Business with over 14 years of Accounting and Finance experience. Oliver also served as a Network Communications Specialist in the Army National Guard for the State of Missouri. He is passionate about automation, cloud computing, and programming and enjoys leveraging technology to optimize processes.
